Brian Tuski is the current Owner of Bell Real Estate and has been involved with Bell Real Estate since his parents purchased it in 1980. Recently celebrating Bell Real Estate’s 50th year of serving Lane Country Brian prides himself on treating people fairly and always providing professional and courteous service. Brian having grown up in the local area definitely loves the Duck’s sporting events and the Blazers.
Amanda Tuski, is the General Manager and Real Estate Broker. She has been instrumental with the growth of the company during her 20 years of dedication to Bell Real Estate. She not only helps set the market for rental properties in Lane County, but also is considered one of the most sought after property management consultants in Eugene. Amanda invites you to contact her for all of your real estate needs and looks forward to sharing with you her continued motto of "do the right thing". When Amanda isn’t busy at the office, she is busy with 3 children, sporting events and volunteering.
Brian Kester is the Operations Manager. He is a transplanted Alaskan who graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in Management, Marketing and Psychology. Brian has been managing properties since 1995 and been a Real Estate Broker since 2006 providing full Real Estate services to his clients. Brian has a strong attention to detail and strives to provide excellent customer service by looking at properties as though they were his own.
Peter Karas is the Maintenance Coordinator. He has been working in property management since 1992. He started with family owned properties and with Bell Real Estate since 2003, but still learning something new every day.
Brent Breadner is Property Manager Assistant. He has been with Bell Real Estate for over 7 years and is one of our most dedicated employees. He prides himself in his ability to communicate with many different personalities and he is a great problem solver. Brent specializes in Manufactured Housing Communities and has over 10 years of experience. When he’s not working Brent can be found in the great outdoors, appreciating all that Oregon has to offer.
Carol Vedder joined Bell Real Estate in 2001 as a Senior Property Manager. She has been in property management in the Eugene area since 1990 and manages primarily single family homes and duplexes. Prior to coming to Eugene, Carol was a Vice President at a Silicon Valley advertising agency and has also worked in the publishing field. Carol provides experience, professionalism and integrity when dealing with both owners and tenants.
Penny Brakefield is the Senior Accountant for Bell Real Estate. She has worked for Bell Real Estate in the accounting department since 2001, and in the property management industry since 1990. She is considered a leader in property management accounting practices and helped the State of Oregon develop a training program for other companies in regards to proper accounting policies and procedures. She was instrumental in selecting the current accounting program Bell now runs and the agents from App Folio have sent their clients to her for referrals on several occasions. We are very fortunate to have someone with such skill and uncompromising work ethic running the heart of our company. When Penny isn’t crunching numbers she enjoys a challenging crossword puzzle, travel and selling handbags.
Barbara has worked for Bell Real Estate for 2 years in the Accounting Department. She was a small business owner and worked in the legal field prior to joining Bell Real Estate. Barbara is responsible for processing all the monthly Client Trust Accounting. She prides herself in making sure Owners get their information in an accurate timely manner. When not at the office you will find her enjoying a game of darts with her dart team or a cheering on one of her kids at a sporting event.
Lisa Hart is the Receptionist at our River Road office. She has several years’ experience in customer service and office expertise in the property management field. She is the first point of contact in helping our clients find a place they can call home. Lisa is a very kind and accommodating person and the first one to jump in and try to help anyone.
