Does Bell Real Estate accept Section 8?

Answer: 

Bell Real Estate will accept Section 8.  You will still need to complete and meet the application screening criteria, other than the income requirement.  However, the property must meet Section 8 requirements.  So although we accept Section 8 applicants, this does not mean that section 8 will approve the property.
